The Heart morchang is hand forged by master Rekha of India.

Loud, aggressive overtones and harmonics spill from the Iron Heart morchang. Percussives are crisp and cut the air like a knife. The attack on this harp can be very quick and readily accepts precise quick blows. A very mean and fast morchang. Not recommended for beginners and the stiff reed of this variety are not for the faint of heart. For those who brave the iron heart and learn its ways will be rewarded greatly.

Due to the hand forging, these instruments may vary slightly in appearance and sound. These morchang are closely tuned by the maker. For an instrument tuned up to the closest note, choose “Permanent Tuning Service” in the Shop and our in house harpsmith will tune to the closest note, and engrave the tuning on the back!
